Global Missions

The sun never sets on the Global Outreach of NWCC.  We support missionaries and agencies in North and South America, Africa, Asia and even the sub-continent of India.  We believe that a great commitment to the great commission and the great commandment will build a great Church.
Our philosophy of Missions can be summed up in three words:  Prayer, Partnership and Participation.

  1. Prayer:  Each Adult Bible Fellowship class, FISH group, children’s Sunday School class, Ladies Bible Study and Men’s Fellowship ‘adopts’ a missionary to pray for regularly.  At NWCC, we believe prayer matters. 
  2. Partnership:  International and US-based missions receive 9% of the weekly offerings.  We consider the missions and agencies we sponsor as partners in evangelism and extended family members.  We give so they can go.  It’s called interdependence.
  3. Participation:  NWCC regularly takes teams on short term trips to various fields to see firsthand what God is doing around the world and to serve with our partners in their home turf.  We have been to places like Mexico and Honduras, and are currently looking at exciting opportunities in Appalachia, Central America and even India.  We’d love for you to join us.
