Our ministry teams provide a place for you to use your God-given talents to serve both God and others inside and outside of the church. We have a variety of teams with many service opportunities in each area. The key is finding a place where you can use the gifts God has given you to serve others in an effective and fulfilling way.

The Student Ministries of Northwest serve young people who are in the church of today (I Timothy 4:12). With all of the negative influences that our young people face every day, it is more important than ever to have them plugged into a group of Christian friends as well as a life-changing relationship with Jesus.
Each weekend your children can be a part of an exciting and active environment filled with songs, activities, and games that teach Godly values at an age-appropriate level. Our Kids Town classes meet at the same time as adult services, and are designed for all children from birth through 5th grade. While you're experiencing the creative, life-changing worship of Northwest, your children are experiencing it as well!
Worship services and big events are important, but it is through small groups that we experience support, accountability, intimacy, deeper relationship, and personalized growth. Our Life Groups connect people to one another in deep, meaningful, Christ-centered relationships in order to grow together. If you are interested in serving as a Life Group leader, co-leader, host, or group organizer, please sign up with us!
Our Technology Team supports all of our worship services and events with sound, video, lights, and many other technical needs. If you have an interest in technology, video, audio, directing, and/or support ,and would like to be trained in one of these areas, please sign up!
The Guest Services Team is devoted to helping provide a welcome atmosphere for our guests, from the moment they walk through our doors to the day that they join our church, and beyond. This ministry includes our greeters, guides, welcome desk staff, ushers, and communion set-up personnel.
The Hospitality Ministry serves our congregation admirably through church meals, in-home meal delivery, and special events throughout the year. At every event, our Hospitality Team serves with the professionalism and excellence of a 5 star restaurant.
Our Prayer Team focuses on prayer in a variety of ways: praying for Northwest, individual members, our community, our country; organizing prayer events; encouraging members to pray consistently; teaching about importance of prayer and making it personalized & meaningful.
Property and Facilities
We have a great team of volunteers who keep our campus looking good. Our Property Team works on everything outside the building and our Facilities Team works on everything inside the building. Interested?
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another! (Proverbs 27:17) Our Men’s Ministry provides opportunities for our men to step up and be the men, servants, fathers, and husbands that God created them to be. We offer many opportunities to serve together like doing minor repairs and yard work for those who are not able to so, helping members move, delivering furniture to local charities, an annual service retreat, and many more.
The Women’s Ministry exists to glorify God by providing a spiritual, social and supportive environment for the women of our church and our community. We offer many opportunities to serve with other women at Northwest like hosting wedding and baby showers for other members, being a part of the encouragement team, or supporting various community organizations like Paulding Pregnancy Services, just to name a few.
We at the food pantry, through the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, are dedicated to helping our community by lending a helping hand to families in need who are working towards a better life.
