Meet Todd Frenier, Associate Minister of Involvement
Family?
My wife Mandy and I have three kids - Rylee, Reece, and Reagan.
Ministry/ Professional background?
I graduated from Florida Christian College in 1995 and has been in ministry ever since. I was the Student Minister here at NWCC for 7 years before moving into the role of Minister of Involvement in 2009.
Favorite book/music/TV show/movie?
I am a fan of all things medieval fantasy whether it’s reading a book by Stephen Lawhead, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Robert Jordan, Raymond Feist, or David Gemmel, watching the Lord of the Rings movies (again), playing World of Warcraft, or doing a little writing of my own.
What do you like to do for fun/in your spare time?
I like basketball and football, spending time with my family hiking/camping or playing the Wii together, and annoying my cat Maggie.
What do you like best about working at NWCC/what brought you here?
NWCC is a loving, progressive church family that is committed to reaching its community in relevant, Christ-centered ways. It’s refreshing to be a part of a healthy church where the staff, leadership, and people are all so great and want nothing more than to be obedient to God in what he has called us to do and be.
What is your philosophy of ministry/why do you do what you do/what are you passionate about in your ministry?
It’s my desire to help the people of NWCC grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and instill in them a passion for the lost and hurting around them.
